Umatilla gelding Valedictum showed his appreciation for wet tracks by winning the Royal Parma Stakes at Rosehill today.

Ridden by Darren Beadman, Valedictum came from last at the home turn to win comfortably from Blessus with Theseo third.

The Cyberhorse Racing Club has two 3 year olds by Umatilla in work with Mark Kavanagh at Flemington.

Mystera and Romanoff Limits are closely related to dual Group 2 winning mare Umaline, sharing a third dam and both being by Umatilla, the sire of Umaline.

Mystera is now well into her second preparation after winning a couple of jumpouts the first time in. Romanoff Limits is close behind her, but not as well forward.
