Tom Dabernig is a promising young trainer with an impeccable pedigree. His mother Jan is the eldest daughter of the legendary CS Hayes, making Tom the nephew of Australia's top trainer David Hayes. Tom's father, Arthur was the studmaster at Lindsay Park Stud for many years until his recent retirement.

Tom learned a great deal from CS Hayes while he was alive and spent 11 years at Lindsay Park before going out on his own in late 2004.

From his stables at Murray Bridge, Tom has enjoyed success already, with a team comprised mostly of cast offs from other trainers. His first Cyberhorse Racing Club horse, Hendrik, won at his first start.

Tom has recently formed a business partnership with Warren Sutton, formerly manager of the Lindsay Park Euroa, breaking in and pre-training complex. The pair have leased the Euroa farm and have commenced operations as Creighton's Creek Bloodstock Services.
