From a strong black type winning family, the filly's dam, Hollybrook Tamasin is a daughter of a half sister to the dam of stakes winner UMALINE, stakes placed Royal Line and city winner Pushing Daisies (also 4th in Group 2). UMALINE is the dam of stakes winner FASLINE.
Mystera is a closely related to Cyberhorse Racing Club colt Romanoff Limits, being trained by Peter Moody at Caulfield.
